“Billy was born in Beaumont, Texas, in 1982. Billy is a married father of three who has sold tacos or beer his entire life. He has always had stories to tell, though. Those stories have been shaped by his life experiences growing up in Southeast Texas and visiting family in Mamou, Louisiana. Growing up, visiting Louisiana, the voices in Billy’s head are a mix of accented English and Creole French. It’s amazing that a place just two hours from home felt like a different world.
