This year’s headline opening night screening will be The Texas Film Belt Project, an annual collection of filmmaking along the Interstate 10 corridor in Texas. This screening is presented by “Barefoot on the Bayou” film group and will be hosted by Red Beak Productions, the student filmmaking organization of Lamar University.
