promote the film, television, and media industry in Southeast Texas.

Panelists:

Wyatt Cagle, CEO/ Partner, South Coast Media Services – Southeast Texas native Wyatt Cagle is a filmmaker and the CEO of South Coast Media Services based in Houston, Texas. A 25-year veteran of the film and advertising world, his work includes PBS Profiles with Greg Scheniman, Fox Sports’ Shooting Stars, and commercial campaigns for brands like United Airlines, Intel, and Total Wine.

Cagle also served as a producer on the feature film Abundant, which completed its AMC theatrical run in 2025. Known as a straight shooter and industry innovator, Wyatt is a multi-award-winning creative who was named Best Cinematographer (2025) by the Houston Association of Producers—and a committed advocate for filmmakers and the craft.

Randee Ramsey, Executive Director, Southwest Alternative Media Project (SWAMP) -Randee Ramsey is the Executive Director of the Southwest Alternate Media Project (SWAMP), where she co-founded the Houston Media Conference and created the Young Filmmaker Bootcamp, a hands-on summer program that gives teens the chance to shoot a short film assisted by professional mentors. She has produced more than 20 ads for Mothers For Democracy/Mothers Against Greg Abbott

A filmmaker, educator, and community builder, Randee holds an MFA in Film from CalArts and brings over 25 years of experience in the industry as a screenwriter, director, production manager, and first assistant director.  She also serves on the faculty of Houston City College’s Filmmaking Program, where she teaches courses in show running, production management, and television field production, inspiring the next generation of Houston storytellers to create boldly and collaboratively.

Richard Johnson, Video Production Specialist, Americom Marketing – Richard Johnson is the Video Production Specialist at Americom Marketing. He earned his B.S. in Communication from Lamar University with an emphasis in TV/Film Production and has worked in video production for nearly two decades. He began his career shooting and editing wedding videos and dance recitals at PIZAZZ Productions, then went on to produce TV commercials for local companies at Cornerstone Media and Time Warner Cable. Since joining Americom Marketing in 2020, he has continued creating content for clients including Gulf Credit Union, Bill Clark Pest Control, Howell Furniture, Exygon, DJ’s Boudain, TexJoy, and more!

Over the years, Richard has seen video evolve from magnetic 3/4″ tape to digital delivery, and from SD and HD to vertical, social-first storytelling. His work now spans TV, digital, and social media content for brands across the region. Across every shift in format and technology, his focus remains the same: telling stories that connect with audiences, no matter the screen size, resolution, or orientation.
