The Boomtown Film & Music Festival is a non-profit event that presents independent films, music, and educational workshops in downtown Beaumont, Texas, and has done so annually since 2008. BoomFest is a volunteer-run charity made possible with the generous support of sponsors in our Southeast Texas community and beyond.
Preparations are underway for the 2027 Boomtown Film & Music Festival, Feb. 18-21. With over 500 attendees expected to attend during our four day event and a multi-platform marketing campaign planned that will reach tens of thousands, BoomFest presents a tremendous opportunity for the visibility and branding of sponsors. Our wide range of sponsorship options allow you to support the festival on any budget and, because we’re a federally recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organization, your support qualifies as a tax deductible donation!
Below are details about the various types of sponsorship opportunities, including the 2027 Sponsorship Rate Card, our printed program Ad Rates, the new “Insert Shot” Special, and our one-of-a-kind “Spotlight” Sponsorships. PRINTED PROGRAM AD RATES
Hundreds of printed event programs will be made available for free at BoomFest venues and will be distributed with each festival Weekend Pass and VIP Pass, as well as given to visiting filmmakers, performing musicians and special guests. Space is available in the program’s layout to advertise your business or organization.
Ad purchases must be paid for by December 15, and purchasers should deliver their graphics by January 1. Any paid advertisers who have not delivered their graphics by the New Year’s Day deadline will have their ad created at the artistic discretion of the program layout designer.

$100 “INSERT SHOT” SPECIAL
We’ll insert your business card, coupon, flyer or other small piece of single-page literature into the registration bags that will be given to every BoomFest 2027 attendee when they receive their regular Weekend or VIP pass. To take advantage of this special opportunity, the option must be paid for and your literature must be physically delivered to us by January 15 or else it may not be able to be inserted into the registration bags. We recommend providing at least 400 copies of your insert, but you’re welcome to deliver more. ◊ Unique “Spotlight” sponsorships are exclusive opportunities for AUTEUR-level donors and above to attach their name or that of their business/organization as the specific sponsor of a featured festival function. Sponsors may choose from the below list of available “Spotlights”, but these opportunities are one-of-a-kind and will be reserved on a first-paid first-served basis.

* Rather than mailing physical tickets, complimentary festival passes will be digitally delivered to sponsors via email as a redemption code. The sponsor will then be able to use their unique redemption code at the online ticketing portal to receive whatever number of free passes that corresponds to their level of sponsorship.
** Program ads attached as benefits to sponsorship tiers are optional. Recipients may decline the ad, opt for a smaller size of ad, or may use the value of the included ad as credit deducted from the purchase price of a larger ad. Sponsor-supplied art for the ad must be delivered by January 1. Ads that are requested by qualifying sponsors with no supplied art by New Year’s Day will be created at the artistic discretion of the program layout designer.
*** Specific shirt sizes are limited and will be available to all on a first-come first-served basis. BoomFest branded shirts will be distributed to the recipients of complimentary VIP passes when those passes are picked up at the festival. If a sponsor does not intend to use their complimentary VIP festival passes but still wants the BoomFest branded shirts, or if a sponsor wants to receive their complimentary branded shirts separately, special arrangements to do so can be made by contacting the festival’s Sales Coordinator, Alex Gaborit, before the event at boomtownfest@gmail.com.
